TWO-BELL DAY

Double bell carries, racks, and presses with mismatched bells (16kg + 24kg). Trunk has to fight rotation through every set. Switch the heavy bell side each round.

Asymmetric Loading

Both bells in the rack at once. 16kg in the weak hand, 24kg in the dominant. The mismatched load forces the trunk to fight rotation. Switch hands every set. Don't favor one side's rep speed.

Asymmetric Rack Walk

Both bells racked. Walk slow. Feel the lean. Fight it.

Mismatched Doubles

4 rounds. Switch which side holds the heavier bell each round.

One bell in one hand by the side. Don't lean. Switch hands at the turnaround.
